Classes in Sheffield and Online
Yoga and Somatics classes are available for all abilities and are held in Sheffield, S11 and online.
All classes run in blocks coinciding with school term times; usually 6 or 7 weeks.
Drop-in spaces are also available.
Class attendees receive a recording of the class each week, available to stream for 7 days.

Online Class Information
- Classes vary in time. Please check each class for timings.
- All participants will need access to Wifi and be able to use Zoom.
- Somatics class participants will need to have a camera pointed at their body lying on the floor. These classes are limited to a small group for more individual attention.
